Mr. Evans helped me buy my dream home I love this home so much that I was willing to pay full asking price. When the appraisal came back really low he helped me challenge the appraisal. When it was still lowered then asking he helped me save $60,000 on the home. Not only will I use him again I tell everyone that he is the only realtor to go with. P.S.
